What Happens with My Donation?

While we sometimes refer to these costs as “dues,” they are completely voluntary donations. Donations ensure your membership in the HHHCA, allow you to vote at HHHCA meetings, and provide access to our locked park boat ramp. Voting members must be property owners and have submitted their donation. (Properties with two owners listed on the deed may each donate and each receive a vote.)
These funds are used for utilities, taxes, community events, maintenance, and community savings.
